You need to invest a portion of your day in the future.

Firstly, they recommend long-term compound interest savings. There's the Rule of 72. To find out how long it takes for money to double, divide 72 by the interest rate.

Secondly, they suggest turning off the TV for an hour a day and investing in business ideas for the future. Calculate how much time you spend watching TV in your lifetime.
