It must be ethical.
Recently, CEOs of major corporations have been suffering. Kim Seung-yeon, the chairman of Hanwha Group, was detained, and CJ Chairman Lee Jae-hyun is also under suspicion of slush funds and more. With the revelation of offshore tax evasion lists, many influential figures in society are facing moral challenges. The government is showing determination to impose strict legal responsibility for disrupting the chaebol's constitutional order, but it remains to be seen.
The global financial crisis reoccurred due to moral laxity in the subprime mortgage crisis of 2008. The theme of the 2010 Davos Forum was "Creating a Better World." For this purpose, rethinking, redesigning, and reconstructing were discussed. The shift towards moral capitalism began to be visualized to overcome the limitations of neoliberal capitalism.
Why should we be ethical?

Moreover, Richard Boyatzis explains in "Primal Leadership" that employees of ethical companies achieve outstanding results.
First, they are proud of where they work. Second, they inspire dedication to the organization. Third, they confidently and freely utilize their talents. Fourth, they consistently think and act in the right direction.
No matter how multilingual or perfect a worker's job performance is, if they lack ethics, they are simply thieves. Confucius said in "The Analects" that by governing the people with morality and etiquette, they will reform themselves under the constraint of conscience. If organizations hope to be ethical, leaders must be several times more ethical.
A survey was conducted on 15,000 managers regarding the "most important item for leaders." Among insight, capability, fairness, and ethics, ethics ranked first.
Ethical education begins at home. The Russian educator Makarenko said, "Education is a continuous process. Each detail is created by the atmosphere of the home..... To enable a child to adapt well to society, parents must actively educate them on basic values and behaviors. The best way to do this is by setting a good example. Children unconsciously imitate their parents' behavior."
You must know when to write, swallow, and spit!
Maintaining equanimity in life is very difficult. At every moment, we feel inner conflicts and sometimes ignore traffic lights or litter the streets. There have been times when we found excuses even after setting important promises or life goals.
What I've realized now is that not doing things that make your heart uncomfortable is the most fundamental aspect of a happy life. Even if the body is slightly uncomfortable or there is more financial loss, following the signals your heart gives you is an easy way to live a comfortable life.
