Yesterday, we had a rare company dinner. As we were getting slightly tipsy, exchanging light jokes and serious concerns, I was asked what advice I would give to our younger MZ generation colleagues.

After floundering in a sea of thoughts, I vaguely remembered a quote from President Roosevelt. I searched for it on Naver, Korea's smartest search engine. Roosevelt was an American president known for his many memorable quotes.

"Keep your eyes on the stars,
and your feet on the ground."

This saying, reminding us to keep our feet on the ground even as we gaze at the stars, means to pursue our dreams while staying grounded in reality.
