What kind of person is an excellent leader?

Someone overflowing with charisma?
Someone who never gets angry and warmly considers those around them?
A genius who seems to know all the world's knowledge?
A generous person who readily spends money?People tend to follow those mentioned above.
Following them might likely lead to benefits,
and such individuals are more likely to reach top positions.In my opinion, an excellent leader is
"someone who makes others act on their own."
Without having to explain in detail,
without having to spend money,
even if the leader changes,
the best leader is one who creates a system
