When strictness is necessary
When strictness is necessary
Capitalism may become the second original sin after the apple, but it's not the essence of human misery. I don't believe the Stone Age was inherently happier than today. The reason why one can find happiness even without money is that external hardships strengthen internal bonds. Often, internal conflicts are the root cause of unhappiness among members. Therefore, successful organizations have leaders who demonstrate exceptional leadership, allowing members to focus on external enemies. Excellent leadership is rational and virtuous, so members trust and follow it. In such organizations, when powerful external enemies emerge, the organization becomes even stronger. Most organizational problems stem from leadership issues.
The reason sports games are exciting is because the rules are strict. When a leader needs to be strict, they should be infinitely strict.
