Stranger Effect

The "Stranger Effect" refers to the notion that light and casual relationships are not always beneficial to our lives; rather, connections with unfamiliar individuals, whom we may simply know or not be particularly close to, can often provide us with greater opportunities, information, and potential for innovation, thus making our lives more interesting and enriching, as Richard Coach argues. He defines this as the "Stranger Effect."

We often experience more conflict in our social lives due to the closeness of relationships. The conflicts arising from work can indeed affect our interpersonal relationships. It seems to be a dilemma of life.
